ACTOS DE TRANSFERENCIA O GRAVAMEN EFECTUADOS POR PERSONAS NATURALES RESPECTO A PREDIOS SITUADOS FUERA DE LA COMPETENCIA      TERRITORIAL DEL NOTARIO  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa imposibilidad de utilizar el sistema biom\u00e9trico de identificaci\u00f3n habilita al notario a usar otros mecanismos de identificaci\u00f3n contemplados en el art\u00edculo 55 de la Ley del Notariado. Por tanto, en este supuesto, la escritura p\u00fablica no resulta ser nula, siempre y cuando se encuentre habilitado seg\u00fan la p\u00e1gina web del colegio de notarios respectivo a brindar el servicio de identificaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9trica\u201d. TACHA ESPECIAL POR ACTO NO INSCRIBIBLE  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo constituye acto no inscribible el acto cuyo t\u00edtulo sufre de alg\u00fan defecto de fondo o forma para su configuraci\u00f3n, sino cuando este no ha sido incluido por la normativa como acto inscribible en el Registro\u201d (Resoluciones N\u00b0 1115-2021-SUNARP-TR del 23.7.2021 y N\u00b0 1170-2021-SUNARP-TR del 26.7.2021)INMATRICULACI\u00d3N DE PREDIOS URBANOS UBICADOS EN ZONAS NO CATASTRADAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 3.
