{"id":2566,"date":"2021-12-09T10:34:25","date_gmt":"2021-12-09T15:34:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ladersam.com\/cursorcorporativo\/?p=2566"},"modified":"2021-12-09T10:34:26","modified_gmt":"2021-12-09T15:34:26","slug":"boletin-de-cambio-normativo-09-12-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ladersam.com\/cursorcorporativo\/boletin-de-cambio-normativo-09-12-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Bolet\u00edn de cambio normativo 09-12-2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A la fecha, han sido publicados los siguientes dispositivos legales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NORMAS CON RANGO DE LEY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ley N\u00b0 31370 <\/strong>(publicado el 08\/12\/2021):<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La presente Ley modifica los art\u00edculos 23 y 33-B de la Ley N\u00b0 26979, Ley de Procedimiento de Ejecuci\u00f3n Coactiva, referidos a la revisi\u00f3n judicial de dicho procedimiento; y el art\u00edculo 24 de la Ley N\u00b0 27584, Ley que regula el Proceso Contencioso Administrativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objeto de ambas modificaciones es establecer que las pretensiones referidas a la revisi\u00f3n judicial (regulada por Ley N\u00b0 26979) se tramitar\u00e1n como proceso urgente.
