{"id":2582,"date":"2021-12-13T11:04:41","date_gmt":"2021-12-13T16:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ladersam.com\/cursorcorporativo\/?p=2582"},"modified":"2021-12-13T11:04:41","modified_gmt":"2021-12-13T16:04:41","slug":"boletin-de-cambio-normativo-13-12-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ladersam.com\/cursorcorporativo\/boletin-de-cambio-normativo-13-12-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Bolet\u00edn de cambio normativo 13-12-2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a><\/a><a><\/a><a>A la fecha, han sido publicados los siguientes dispositivos legales:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NORMAS CON RANGO DE LEY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>No se han publicado normas legales en el diario \u201cEl Peruano\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NORMAS REGLAMENTARIAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>5-2021-TR <\/strong>(publicado el 11\/12): Aprueban el documento denominado \u201cProcedimiento para la elecci\u00f3n de los\/ las representantes de los\/las trabajadores\/ as ante el Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo; el Subcomit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, de ser el caso; o, del\/de la Supervisor\/a de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo\u201d (Adjunto).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Se establece la norma reglamentaria que determina la formalidad en la elecci\u00f3n de futuros comit\u00e9s o representantes de SST ante las empresas, subcomit\u00e9s, y\/o supervisores de SST, de ser el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRECEDENTES VINCULANTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se han publicado Precedentes vinculantes en el diario \u201cEl Peruano\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EN MATERIA TRIBUTARIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NORMAS LEGALES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>No se han publicado normas legales en materia tributaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NORMAS EMITIDAS POR LA SUNAT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>(publicado el 13\/12): Conforman Comit\u00e9 revisor a que se refiere el Art\u00edculo 62-C del C\u00f3digo Tributario.
